Pricing
For Full Service Residential Property Management we charge 10% of the monthly rent received with year long leases. Discounted rates are available for multiple unit owners.
For Full Service Property Management for a furnished winter rental we charge 15% of the monthly rent received or for leases less than one year.
Not quite looking for full service property management?
We also offer Tenant Placement Only Services. We charge one months rent flat fee to prepare your rental for photos, advertise your unit, find qualified tenants and execute a lease between you and your new residents.
